A strict 5-step sequence that fires signals only when structure, imbalance, retest, and filters all align.

Measure Volatility

ATR as percentage of price → percentile rank over lookback. One number (0–1) that captures the current market regime — on any instrument, any timeframe.

Detect Structure Break

Using an adaptive Structure Period, the engine identifies swing highs/lows and detects BOS or CHoCH. Reacts faster in volatile conditions, filters noise in calm ones.

Find & Score FVGs

After a structure break, the engine scans stored Fair Value Gaps — filtering by direction, distance, and adaptive minimum size. Multiple candidates are scored. The best FVG is selected.

Confirm the Retest

Price must interact with the FVG zone via your chosen method (Wick Touch, Body Touch, Close Inside). Adaptive Touch Tolerance ensures precision in trends and flexibility in ranges.
